Task 3: Expansion of Energy Consumption Database
Task Objectives
The objectives of this Task are to scale-up the energy consumption database, developed as a part of Phase 1A, to cover all the public sector consumer nationwide, and to build capacity of EdL staff from headquarters and provincial branch offices on data entry and database management and maintenance.
