Lao DSM/EE Program

Task Objectives
The objectives of this Task are to: 1) Support the DSM Cell in implementing and monitoring the initial DSM/EE interventions in the 50 public sector buildings that have been audited; 2) Analyze and suggest various alternatives of implementing a program for regular cleaning and maintenance of electrical appliances, equipment and lighting systems in public sector building, and; 3) Undertake a comprehensive energy audit program for medical facilities including hospitals and health centers.
