Task 1: Capacity Building of DSM Cell and Energy Coordinators
Task Objectives
The focus of the task is the revision of the DSM/EE Phase 1 Program Plan developed in November 2004 reflecting the achievements to date and extending the plan to March 2012 (the expected duration of Phase 2 of REP). In addition, this task will focus on the development of a professional development program for the DSM Cell staff and Energy Coordinators (ECs). The latter would also include a comprehensive training program for the ECs. The expansion of the composition of the DSM Steering Committee is also included as one of the objectives.
