DSM/EE Team
The DSM/EE project implementation team is well blended by experienced and young enthusiastic staff. The team has implemented various project activities since 2007 under direction and guidance of Mr. Sengphet Soulingavong, DSM/EE Manager and Mr. Phayvanh Maneevong, Team Leader, with supports and technical assistance from the International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC).
Other DSM/EE team members are graduated electrical and electronic engineers with proper theoretical and hands-on training related to energy audits and implementation of EE measures.
